our story

Reform Haus began in a place many people will recognise — showing up for the first time, feeling unsure and slightly out of place.

My first Pilates class came with quiet nerves. I remember wondering if I’d fit in, if I was doing it right, and if I even belonged there at all. But I showed up anyway.

And over time something shifted.

What once felt unfamiliar became comforting. Familiar faces, routine, a sense of ease, and a community I hadn’t realised I needed.

My first class was a mat Pilates experience and when I later found reformer Pilates, something instantly clicked. It became more than something to try — it became something I returned to consistently - not out of discipline, but because of how it made me feel.

Within the space of 9 months, I lost two people I loved deeply while stepping into a new chapter that often felt overwhelming and heavier than I knew how to carry.

Through that, Pilates became more than movement. It became my escape — an outlet, a sanctuary. It was the one place where everything softened, where my mind could quieten, and where I could put everything down, even just for an hour, and feel in control again.

And through every stressful moment, I found myself coming back to it.

And that’s when I realised this is so much more than exercise.

It’s a feeling.

A release.

A reset.

Reform Haus was created to offer that same feeling to others.

To bring that same sense of ease, comfort, and connection somewhere new.

To create a space where showing up feels simple — and staying feels natural.

Built with intention, Reform Haus is more than a studio. It’s somewhere you can come as you are — especially when life feels heavy.

For the women of Blackburn, this is your space to move, to breathe, and to reconnect with yourself.

So if you’re hesitating… come anyway. Come on your own. Come unsure.

That’s exactly how this started.

Reform Haus

I can’t wait to welcome you in.
